Warranty Coverage
—Urban Nest Interiors provides up to a 10-year warranty on all modular kitchen fittings, wardrobe installations, and related joinery work.
—The warranty covers structural integrity of cabinets, drawer mechanisms, hinge systems, and all factory-manufactured components installed by our team.
—Damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or third-party modifications is excluded from warranty coverage.
Material Quality Assurance
—We use IS-standard BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood and marine-grade boards for all wet areas including modular kitchens and bathrooms.
—Hardware and fittings are sourced from trusted brands including Hettich, Hafele, and Blum — known for durability and smooth operation.
—All laminates, PU finishes, and surface materials comply with E1 grade formaldehyde emission standards, ensuring a healthy indoor environment.
Workmanship Warranty
—All on-site installation work — including carpentry, civil works, electrical fittings, painting, and false ceilings — is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty.
—Should any issue arise due to installation defects within the warranty period, our team will attend to it at no additional cost.
—Warranty claims must be raised within the coverage period by contacting our support team along with your project reference number.
